Preparation

Preheat your oven to 200°C / 400°F. Place the ½ ciabatta rolls on an oven rack and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Once cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for 5-10 minutes.

Cut the ciabatta rolls in half lengthwise. Spread one tablespoon of pesto and drizzle a light dash of olive oil.

Cut the tomatoes into small wedges and slice the mozzarella ball into thin slices. Mix the tomatoes and mozzarella pieces in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs of Provence.
4.
Place the various ingredients on the ciabattas.
5.
Add a few basil leaves and some blueberries just before serving.
