Our Premium Half Baguettes x2, stone-baked and part-baked with sourdough, have become one of Maison Menissez’s flagship products. Building on the ever-growing success of our classic premium baguette, we now offer the same product in a new format with an easy-split pack.
Crafted with our own sourdough culture, an ideal resting time, and stone-deck pre-baking, it develops a golden, crispy crust that delivers even more flavor.
It pairs perfectly with any meal and is also ideal for preparing delicious sandwiches.
Also available as a multigrain half-baguette, stone-baked and part-baked.

Oven + Airfryer : 200-220°C / 400°F – 420°F
10 – 12 minutes
Oven baking:
Preheat your oven to 200–220°C (th.6–8) / 400–420°F, remove the breads from their packaging and bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown.
Airfryer cooking:
Place the breads in an air fryer and cook for 5–6 minutes at 200–220°C / 400–420°F.
