Preparation

Preheat your oven to 200°C / 400°F. Place the mini rolls directly on an oven rack and bake for 8 minutes. Remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.

Slice each mini roll in half and spread one tablespoon of whipped cream cheese over the crumb.

Add two slices of cucumber to the bottom half of each roll, then season to taste with salt and black pepper.
4.
Finish assembling by gently placing a few slices of smoked salmon on top. Close the Nordic‑style mini sandwiches.
