Vos missions

Based in France or the UK, you will BE in charge of sales development and follow-up with mass retailers and specialist chains. Your missions will BE as follows :
– Business development : Identify and prospect new customers (supermarkets, specialist retailers, food service) in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, while maintaining existing relationships.
– Key account management : Negotiate contracts, monitor sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Market analysis : Monitor consumer trends and retailers’ expectations to propose appropriate offers.
– Internal coordination : Coordinate the work of the various departments (quality, R&D, logistics, production, management control, etc.) to meet customer requirements and deadlines, and guarantee our customers an excellent level of service.
– Reporting and strategy : Draw up sales forecasts, analyze performance and propose action plans.

For candidates residing in France, the position will be based on-site at Feignies, with regular and planned travel to the UK to ensure commercial follow-up and coordination with local teams.

For candidates based in the UK, the position will be based locally, with frequent travel to the company’s headquarters in Feignies (France) to facilitate interdepartmental collaboration, project management, and strategic meetings.

 

Votre profil

– Successful experience in business development in the UK and Northern Ireland markets, ideally in food and/or private labels.
– Excellent knowledge of the retail sector in the UK and Northern Ireland.
– A seasoned, results-oriented negotiator with the ability to build trusting relationships.
– Autonomous, entrepreneurial and highly adaptable.
– Fluent English and French essential.

Notre site unique produit aujourd’hui pas moins de 160.000 tonnes de pains par an. Notre site est basé à 25 minutes de Valenciennes, Avesnes-sur-Helpe et Mons.
