Preparation
This sandwich can be heated in the oven or in a sandwich toaster. If you want to use your oven, preheat it to 210°C before following the steps for preparation.
1.
Slice the tomato and chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
2.
Arrange in your panini the slices of mozzarella di bufala, the tomatoes and the ham from Parma.
3.
Sprinkle with a few herbs of Provence.
4.
Season. Add a dash of olive oil.
5.
Place your panini in the press for 4 minutes at 230°C or in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 210-230°C.
6.
After cooking, add the leaves of basil to your liking.
