RECIPE OF THE MONTH : THE LAND AND SEA SANDWICHES

At the beginning of each month, we suggest a sandwich recipe. This month it’s the turn of the polka bread.

Ingredients
Polka bread
Sliced roast beef
Black and green olives
Arugula salad
Slices of Parmesan cheese
Poppy seeds

Preparation:
Bake the Polka bread for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 210-230°C. Let cool to room temperature and cut it into thick slices.
Arrange the few leaves of arugula.
Overlay slices of roast beef cooked beforehand.
Add the slices of Parmesan between the slices of roast beef.
Cut the olives into strips and arrange them on the sandwich.
Sprinkle poppy seeds
add salt and pepper

Ingredients
Polka Bread
Slice of salmon
Fresh cheese with chives
Spinach leaves
Lemon

Preparation:
Bake the Polka bread for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 210-230°C. Let cool to room temperature and cut it into thick slices.
Spread fresh cheese with chives on toast.
Arrange the salmon slices.
Add the few spinach leaves between the slices of salmon.
Add a dash of lemon juice.
Enjoy!
