Stone Oven Petits pains 4*75gr
1 ripe avocado
Salt and Pepper
Bake the petits pains for 8 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven (210-230°C). Once bake, let it cool at room temperature and cut it lengthwise.
Cook the pumpkin slices in a pan with olive oil. Once cooked, cut into thin slices.
Open the avocado and take the flesh out. Mash it with a fork and add salt and pepper.
Garnish with avocado, pumpkin slices, grated cheese and lettuce.
