2 slices of buffalo mozzarella
1 fresh tomato
Sun dried tomatoes
Fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper
Slice the tomato and the sun dried tomatoes.
Arrange the slices of mozzarella, tomatoes and Parma ham in your panini.
Sprinkle with some mixed herbs
Season to taste
Add a dash of olive oil
Place your panini in the press for 4 min at 230 ° C or in the oven for 5-10 min at 210-230 ° C
After cooking, add the basil to your taste.
