At the beginning of each month, we suggest a sandwich recipe. This month it’s the turn of the parisian bread.

Ingredients
Part-baked Parisian 440G
Olive oil
2 branches of parsley
2 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Bake the Parisian for 5 to 8 minutes in a preheated oven at 210-230°C. Let cool to room temperature.
Cut the Parisian into slices and toast it.
Mince the parsley and add olive oil.
Rub the slices with garlic and brush them with olive oil.
Add salt and pepper and serve.
