Polka Bread 880g
100g reblochon cheese, or any soft cheese with crust
Bake your bread for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
Once baked and cooled, cut the bread into slices of 1 to 2 cm but be careful not to cut the slices all the way through. Cut the bread lengthwise and breadthwise until obtaining a grid pattern.
Preheat your oven at 180°c. Chop chives and spread it between the bread squares.
Insert reblochon and mozzarella slices between the squares and add extra chives if needed.
Bake for 20 minutes and serve hot.
