RECIPE OF THE MONTH : BREAD WITH MELON

Ingredients:
Farmhouse bread – 4 slices
40g Serrano ham, in thin slices
1 Tomato
1 Fig
1 Slice of Melon
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Slightly toast the bread. Cut the tomato into halves and rub them on the bread. Finish by a dash of olive oil.
Wash and cut the fig into thin slices.
Take off the melon peel and cut it into slices.
Garnish the bread with Serrano Ham, figs and melon.
Add salt and pepper at your taste and serve.
