Ingredients

Stone Oven Part-Baked Half Ciabatta
Pink Schrimps
Red Radishes
Iceberg Lettuce
Chives
Mayonnaise
Curry Powder

Preparation

Bake the ciabattas for 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 210-230°C. Let cool to room temperature.
Peel the pink shrimps.
Clean the radishes and cut into thin slices.
Chop the iceberg.
In a bowl, mix two teaspoons of mayonnaise with a pinch of curry.
Cut the bread lengthwise.
Spread a length with the curry mayonnaise.
Arrange the iceberg, radishes and shrimp.
Sprinkle with chopped chives.
Close and enjoy.
