RECIPE OF THE MONTH : ITALIAN SMALL PANINI

At the beginning of each month, we suggest a sandwich recipe. This month it’s the turn of the small panini.

Ingredients:
Pre-grilled Petits Paninis 4*75g
Sliced mozzarella
Sliced smoked ham
Sundried tomatoes
Oregano
Arugula
Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Bake the paninis for 10 minutes in a preheated oven (210-230°C). Once bake, let it cool at room temperature and cut it lengthwise
Add arugula
Alternate slices of smoked ham and mozzarella
Finish with the sundried tomatoes and oregano.
Add salt and pepper to your taste
