At the beginning of each month, we suggest a sandwich recipe. This month it’s the turn of the ciabatta roll.

Stone oven part-baked ciabatta roll 60g
300g ground beef
1 tablespoon of green pesto
Salt and pepper
Bake the ciabatta rolls for 8 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven (210-230°C). Once bake, let it cool at room temperature and cut it lengthwise.
Drain and slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
Add salt and pepper to the ground beef and form small balls.
Cut the tomato into thin slices.
Cook the beef in a pan. Add a slice of mozzarella on each and leave cook for 1 minute, with the lead on.
Make the burger as follow: ciabatta roll, pesto, tomato beef with mozzarella, pesto, ciabatta rolls.
