Stone oven part-baked half ciabatta 140G
3 Roma tomatoes
4 green olives, without pitt
1 tablespoon of Provencal herbs
Bake the half ciabatta for 8 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven (210-230°C). Once bake, let it cool at room temperature and cut it lengthwise.
Drain and slice the mozzarella.
Cut the tomatoes and the olives into thin slices.
Spread olive oil on the ciabatta.
Fan out alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella.
Add some Provencal herbs and olives.
Bake 10 minutes on a grill.
