See below for our recipe; Boost your energy with our cereal baguette:
Stone oven part-baked multigrain baguette
2 spoons of mayonnaise
150g of roast pork
50g of mix salad
75g of tomatoes
Cook the egg for approx. 8 minutes. Once hard-boiled, pass it under cold water, cut into slices.
Simultaneously, cook the baguette for 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 210-230 ° C.
Cut the baguette lengthways.
Spread the mayonnaise over one of the lengths of the baguette and add the roast pork.
Top with salad, egg and tomatoes.
Close the sandwich and enjoy.
For vegetarian / vegan friends: You can substitute the meat with beets or avocado, mayonnaise with soya yogurt or eggs with radishes cut into small cubes.
